– ALL items are shipped with a tracking number.
– Shipping without tracking number may be available upon request but I can’t be held responsible in case of loss, nor can I issue a refund.
– Payments are made with Paypal or MBWAY (Portugal).
– Bank Transfers may be available.
Returns, cancellations and exchanges
– I do not accept exchanges but, please, contact me if you have any question.
– Items must be returned in the 30 days after being delivered to you.
– Feel free to contact me if you have any question so we can work out the best solution!
– If you intend to cancel your order, please, tell me as fast as possible. I always check my email before I go to the post office and may, sometimes, ship an order that has just been placed. Once shipped, I won’t be able to cancel your order or refund you.
– Refunds for returned items can only be made once the item arrives back to me and I can assess its condition. Shipping by registered mail will be split between you and I; this way, you can know when your returned item has arrived and when to expect your refund.
– I can only refund cancelled or returned orders payed via Paypal.
IMPORTANT: Portuguese Post Office will only let me file a complaint for a lost package 30 days after the item is posted. After that, they’ll try to figure out what happened and send me a letter at the end of the process, which can take up to 60 days. Only if the letter confirms that the item is nowhere to be found, can I issue a refund for the value of the item. I’m really sorry for the inconvenience this may cause and I thank you in advance for your understanding.
– The data you provide by placing an order (name, address and email address) is only used to complete your order and it is not shared with third parties, except for the ones involved in the transaction (Paypal, etc.).
