These tights were hand and machine sewn by me and they have an elastic waist.
These tights were made to fit Poppy Parker, Dynamite Girl, Barbie dolls with Pivotal, Made to Move (original), New Silkstone or Model Muse bodies and dolls with similar body types. May also fit NU.Face, FR2 and Obitsu 27cm.
Use last photo in black an white as a reference for fit (the fabric in that photo had a different colour).
